1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

- Small & lightweight items (like dhoop sticks, powders): Lower delivery charge
- Heavy or bulky items (like machines, bulk materials): Higher delivery charge based on weight

- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities / Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
