1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Consumable items like agarbatti, dhoop, or perfumes are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.

2. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Machine Purchases

• Machines are tested before dispatch to ensure proper functioning.
• Returns for machines are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or serious damage during shipping.
• Installation errors or mishandling are not covered under return or refund.
• We may offer repair or replacement based on the issue reported and our service team's verification.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our support team with:

• Order ID and purchase date
• Clear photos/video of the damaged or defective item
• Reason for return

5. Exceptions

• Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for refund or replacement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 12 hours. After that, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.
